My Story

I've Been
Where You Are.

Certified Personal Trainer
Nutritional Coach

Not long ago, I was 200 lbs with a 36-inch waist at 5'8" — and I couldn't even tie my shoes without getting winded. I know what it feels like to be stuck in that cycle: make a New Year's resolution to lose weight and get strong, spend a month in the gym, then quit because the motivation fades and you don't have the knowledge to keep going.

I did that more times than I want to count. But something finally clicked. I started showing up — not for a six-pack, not for a number on the scale, but because I refuse to be wheelchair-bound later in life. I'm not at the finish line yet. I'm on the path, and I work out almost every day because I know what's at stake.

That's exactly why I became a coach. If I can do it, so can you. And unlike going it alone, you'll have someone in your corner who actually understands where you're starting from — not just the physical side, but the mental battle too.

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach, I coach the full picture — training, nutrition, and accountability — so every piece works together. Every program I build is specific to you: your goals, your schedule, your body. I'm not handing you a generic plan. I'm helping you build a life.

The Transformation

This is where I started. 200 lbs, 36" waist, couldn't tie my shoes without getting winded. The journey is real — and it's still going.

What I Stand For

The Vault Philosophy

🎯

Personalization

No cookie-cutter programs. Every plan is built around your specific goals, schedule, and ability level.

🔒

Accountability

I stay in your corner throughout the entire process — because showing up consistently is where results actually happen.

📈

Progress Over Perfection

Small, consistent improvements compounded over time beat any quick-fix approach. We play the long game.

Discipline

Motivation fades. Systems and discipline keep you moving forward on the days when willpower runs dry.
